Ran it with latest Dev version of Stockfish all night. It got to 100 ply but didn't find the answer, but I only have 6 threads and 16G of hash.

Unfortunately your FEN is missing black pawns from a7 and b7. Try this one and see the difference with Stockfish...

Didn't try it with Stockfish. Hiarcs gets it straight away.

Note: 24...Kg4? was the blunder according to Dragon and Stockfish, the correct move should have been 24...Nd7! and with proper play either Dragon or Stockfish would have drawn the game easy
