Engine Release: Ruthorin 1.9.9

Hello,

I would like to introduce my new chess engine, **Ruthorin 1.9.9**.

I changed the engine’s name for this version because Ruthorin is now a closed-source chess engine. However, all neural-network files used by the engine are freely available in the GitHub repository. Every network was trained by me and uses the **SFNNv6 architecture**.

I have also moved the source code of my previous engine, **RuthIron**, to the same repository. Ruthorin is an upgraded and bug-fixed continuation of RuthIron, with several improvements and optimizations.

I'll take a look at your engine, too. But there are just too many engines, I only started in February with zero.
