any other dedicated machines out there find 1. Rh5+ at only 2 ply....?

MACH 3 does! .....but other levels soon changes to another move......


The test is just to find move one, and not to anounce mate in 11....etc

the Fidelity Excel Display(model 6092) after 10 minutes and 6 ply wants to play...1.h4-h5

the Excel Display is the same program and hardware as the Excellence except it also has a display screen which shows clock times,Depth Search and PV(but not the intended move)

Hello Steven,
You failed to mention which dedicated machine solved it in about a second. I don't have any more dedicated machines since Steve B stole my Prestige Mach IV. My 200Mhz Palm with Hiarcs 9.6 finds the mate in 11 in 3 seconds.
