I have no specific date preference among the choices -- they're all in the seasonal snowstorm power outage window.
I just emailed Symbolic's registration.

Too bad that the commentary isn't available as a podcast or a QuickTime stream. Perhaps the recently developed Democracy Player can handle a ChessFM stream directly.

From the emails I have received, it looks like the January 26-27 date is best.sje wrote:I have no specific date preference among the choices -- they're all in the seasonal snowstorm power outage window.

I will set it to that.

I was kicked out of Chapters because I moved all the Bibles to the fiction section.

I wanted a bit of a jump start so that I can get commentators involved, and possibly a sponsor to help cover some or the participants that can not pay the entry fee.
Jon Dart was nice enough to offer fees for three people. I am sure that will go a long way to helping.
I have emailed both Intel and AMD to see if they would like to sponsor the event. Hopefully one of the other will come through.
