hopeless chess / clericus release

Hi all,

after a struggle with lost files and forking versions, I finally managed to create something that can be called "a recent beta". poor thing is available at http://www.hopelesschess.prv.pl

I have decided to split the project into two parts: hopeless 0.46 for Winboard and Clericus 1.0 - a standalone with this engine inside.

it's not strong - still in 1900-200 range - but I have added a king safety code, which makes its play more entertaining.
