Does Qxf5 lose here?

No idea. The fen is illegal: you MUST include the (lack of) castling rights and ep square. As you didn't, I'm afraid none of the GUIs I have will accept the position. :P

Sorry here is the correct FEN (including two more rooks on the f file):
[d] r4r1k/p5p1/1qb2b1p/3Q1p2/3P4/2P4P/PP3PP1/RNB2RK1 w

Qxg8 may be a losing blunder in blitz.
If this is a blitz game black can claim that white made an illegal move
and the rules say that a player who made an illegal move lost the game.

The correct way to win in blitz is to claim that black's last move is an illegal move and stop the clocks.

It looks like 1.Qb3 Qa6 2.Bf4 g5 3.Be5 Bxe5 4.dxe5 Rab8 5.Qe6 holds the advantage nicely, as CM9_R1 gives it about a +2 score.

However, after 1.Qxf5 Bxd4! 2.Qxf8+ Rxf8 3.cxd4 Qxd4 4.Nc3, the score is a few centipawns in favor of Black.

Another option is:
1. Qxf5 Bxd4
2. Qc2 Bxf2+
3. Rxf2 Rad8
4. Be3 Qxe3
5. Na3 Rxf2
6. Qxf2 Qxf2+
7. Kxf2 Rd2+
8. Ke3 Rxb2
9. g4
which might be a little better for White, but is still drawish.
