Once you've installed Hiarcs 11.2 it will create a folder in your Program Files/HIARCS Chess folder called HIARCS 11.2 SP UCI
In that folder you'll find the activate file.
Double click on it and it will ask you for your name and key.
Copy and paste the key in from the email you got.

I have Hiarcs 11.1 and ferankly I do not remember how i was I upgrade my original H10.

I've exchanged some emails with Mark, and apparently the new method of activation, with the activation file, doesn't work with WinMe. But the old method, just double click the engine exe file, does work.
Although Zap is certainly a tough opponent!
