Hi Pablo !
" A human being (Eduard Nemeth) has won with one finger, at not more of 0,000001 of his intelligence and brain."
Let me know-please- how do you calculate this percent ! Especially for the brain of Mr.Eduard Nemeth. Please Pablo !
Thank you a lot-in advance !
Hasta la vista !
Sylwy

Re: Curiosity
Hello Ruxy.
I calculated the rate of 000.000.1 for this way:
a. Nodes per second of Hiarcs are 3.000.000/ Nodes per second of Eduard are 3 Nodes per second; then = +2.999.997 nodes of advantage in speed in favor of the machine.
b. Experience playing against machine by Eduard = +n,
c. Experience of the machine Hiarcs playing against Eduard = -n
d. Then we have had a war of chess between:
" A quantitative thought against a qualitative thought(Eduard brain)"
The machine playing using all its hardware(100%), Eduard played using only his experience(in a little sumary), and concentration, memerization, and others electric ways, with his mouse tha was operated with one finger in the end of his way, when Eduard ended the evaluation, puting the "enter command".
Best regards,
Pablo

I am thinking chess is in a coin.Human beings for ever playing in one face. Now I am playing in the other face:"Antichess". Computers are as a fortres where owner forgot to close a little door behind. You must enter across this door.Forget the front.

Congrats on not choosing to play shuffle chess.Dr.Wael Deeb wrote: Anyway,I'll continue struggeling against the machines with conventional approaches for now....

I honestly can't count how many times I lose to programs, but it never makes me stoop to playing that shuffle garbage.
If that is a valid draw, then chess as we know it is in trouble.
I was kicked out of Chapters because I moved all the Bibles to the fiction section.

Re: Curiosity
Quality of Eduard = To weigh ponderacion, "quality of a great spirit".
Just as example:
A human being can easy discover the meaning of : " cualidad de un "alto espiritu" = "quality of a great spirit", but not a machine, that in a mistake in traslation said: "Babel Fish": " to weigh ponderacion quality of a stop espiritu" .......... becouse "alto" in spanish lenguage, is "great" or "stop" in English lenguage.
This little things, get to us, the oportunity to beat machines playing chess.

Now that would be fun to try. I could guarantee it would be harder than playing in the small tournaments from Chess Master. (Which I play all the time. Short 5+0 games)Dr.Wael Deeb wrote: Thanks Peter,I am even in my own rating list struggeling to climb to a higher divition among all these silicon monsters
How many games on average do you play per week?

The formula was Mathematic(n) vs Philosophy(-n). As a good German, or a native or inhabitant of the "Great Germany", Eduard was the Philosopher; a person whose philosophical perspective makes it posible to meet trouble calmy; the computer was the "calculator"
Quality of Eduard = To weigh ponderacion, "quality of a great spirit".

Eduard human being has gift from God to calculate 0.00000001 more slow than the machine and beat the machine more fast with his software and hardware
Dr.Deeb switched off from Pablo's mode [Thanks God
