Good question, where is Zap Zanzibar? Ktulu and Naum stronger than Zap Zanzibar, I don't think so ...

Ktulu and naum single 32 bit versions are stronger than the zap that was tested in the blitz cegt and programs that are not tested in all lists are not important enough to be counted.

63 Ktulu 8 2765 10 10 3440 45.3 % 2798 29.2 %
66 Chess Tiger 2007.1 UCI 2758 18 18 980 57.2 % 2707 32.0 %
81 Naum 2.0 2724 14 14 1779 52.6 % 2705 29.8 %
133 Zap!Chess Paderborn x32 2673 22 22 680 43.5 % 2718 27.9 %

Why not using them all?

CEGT-CCRL-SSDF-SEDAT-COMP2007 could make a killer rating list.
