Instead of doing the 8 core matches, can you do 4 core, ponder on matches instead?

Why don't you test engines at longer time controls?
Blitz games mean nothing for the strenght of an engine....
I and I think everybody else would be a lot more interested to see tests at longer time controls...especially since you are the only one testing with 8 cpu

1. If you have N games at time control M, the rating is equally valid for time control M as a rating for N games at time control M' is for M'. It's a mathematical fact, period.

2. There's a strong correlation between 40/4 and 40/40 results. The main difference is that the 40/4 results tend to be more accurate because there are usually more games.

Longer time controls are nice in other ways, but I'd never use them for measuring strength.
