-Overall average scores based on all divisions that the contestant took part in.

-Number of Division wins
Why not both? Are we running out of prizes? (I still think that Division wins is more important.)

He could have two prices, one for the most division wins and one for the best average. The one with highest division wins get to pick the price, the other get the not chosen price.

I propose a small change.

Sometimes when I go to pick the engines, I see that someone already elected the same as I do, then like Tony try choose other engines, regardless if this gives a bonus or not someone else.

I intend to give the 3 engines and give them an order, if one of these engines coincide with the actual post give a bonus of +1.

Example:

Tony --> 1. Movei, 2. Chiron, 3. Crafty
Graham --> 1. Crafty, 2. Chiron, 3. Movei

Score real --> 1.Movei, 2. Chiron, 3. LGRevival

Tony will have a bonus of +2
Grahan will have a bonus of +1

Good idea, I wonder if others are okay with this?But a lot of questions arise, for example,in your rule, what if Tony chooses 1.Chiron 2.LGRevival and 3.Movei?he won't get a point?does he have to arrange these engines in correct order?

No,we are not running out of prizes :) it's just that we need to make clear the rules of awarding prizes beforehand, No problem with awarding the 2 way prizes.I have already sent the prizes to top 3 and number of divisions winner.

No extra bonus for Tony, If Tony is the only one who has chosen these 3 engines, then he win almost safe by points and if someone also has chosen those engines but best positioned may have +1, +2 or +3 and win to Tony.

Instead of a bonus of +1, could also consider whether it is too big a bonus of +0.5
