http://peazip.sourceforge.net/but 7zip seems to be windoze only thing.
Includes full support for 7zip under Linux.

My Suse came with a version of 7za, a simple command line extracting Bright is:
7za e bright-0.2c.7z
what gives you all the files in the archive.
The tricky thing for me was that the e (for extract) is not used like this : -e, but really just appended standalone after 7za, not really a common procedure, but once you know it, it is easy.
Maybe you have the tool, too.
