How strong Is Tossa?

Is this a new program or what.? Is it the strongest free engine.?

It must be a renamed engine, probably Belka.

I meant to say Strelka, since it was identified as Strelka at the Rybka forum:

Upon testing, I see that technically speaking, the author of Tossa is none other than Vasik Rajlich himself. Seeing as Tossa is just Strelka, and Strelka's true author is Vas, we have the link naturally."
