Checking condition of my hardware

Is there anything i can do to make sure that my hardware is working at 100% capacity? Thanks.

I am not sure what you mean ... but if it is for stability, a good program to check things out is Prime 95 ... if it can run this overnight without crashing, there is a good chance it will be stable with almost everything. If you want to know if your computer is working at full strength, a good program to check quickly is Fritzmark and compare it with what computers with similar hardware Fritzmark score is.

If all your hardware were truly working at 100% capacity it would have a shortened lifespan. Is that what you want?

Does Prime 95 work with Win.Vista.
