Hmmmm, i believe something goes wrong in your tournament. Herrmann is one of the strongest engine here, no question, and will benefit of no blitz tc's like Homer.
So, i suggest you should check the setting files and global enviroment of the engines.

Hermann 1.9 is rated 2344 Elo in my rating list while Hermann 2.0 Leiden MP is rated 2381 Elo after playing nearly 200 games at long time controls....
