CCT10 : Hiarcs, Petir, and Crafty have entered
I was kicked out of Chapters because I moved all the Bibles to the fiction section.

Surely Great news!
Zappa Mexico, Shredder will be a very great addition to the tournament. If I had to pick 2 more entry for CCT10. Besides Zappa and Shredder of course. That would be 1) Junior 2) Spike. I really Enjoy Spike and Junior styles. Wouldn't harm to see Fritz 11 in the field too! What do you guys think?

Fritz is not going to participate in any of the tournament, certainly not in CCT's...as for shredder/zappa, I don't think Zap will play this time around, as the author hardly participates in the comp chess anymore...maybe he gets interested in CCT as he always have been ,and he might consider this time around...shredder doesnt play in CCT's anymore...it only plays in some tournament personally attending events like paderborn, leiden, wccc etc..playwaycool wrote:Surely Great news!

my guess for top programs to join would be Bright,Gandalf,Scorpio and Pro Deo.

OOh! I wasn't really aware of that. I noticed Fritz have played on CCT in the past before by an operator. Does the author decline to see their program on online event? I would have assumed it is easy to find a reliable operators for authors in case they can't make it to CCT10 themself. Especially for Zappa and Shredder (Top two programs after Rybka).

Hi Swami,
I don't have the necessary resources to join the tournament. If only an operator with a fast machine would sponsor Twisted Logic then I would be willing to give him my permission to use Twisted Logic. I currently have a strong beta version.

I'm sure that some of the members here would offer to operate the program provided it is strong, I wish I could operate Twisted Logic in CCT,but I don't know how to set it up and I don't have an account at ICC either...I'd manage to get it play if this was in playchess...

swami,
You will be given an account just to play on ICC (free month or so if you accepted to play CCT10). It seems to me the effective interface to log in to ICC is by using Chess partner it's easy to use. Opening book might be the only challenge though!

That's great, is chess partner trial version any good for connecting to ICC?I would like to operate Twisted Logic if you could tell me step to step on how to etc...if you have free time and are willing to help, then you can either use pm function or mail me about it (nswami15 at yahoo.com) Thanks!
