Yes,even if it's used on a single processor,it will be an improvement over Fritz 11,but closing the gap which I mentioned is intended when using it as a MP chess engine or at least this is my prediction

Well, I think I can get that gap closed by having Rybka itself, and maybe even well over(!). Only, if there was ANOTHER engine which came CLOSE to closing that gap, but had other good things to it, especially if it (almost) closed the gap, by doing things with a different style, and different strengths [even though there may be weaknesses too], then, that could still be very very interesting!
[It would certainly be good for a second opinion of a high caliber!]
I wonder if this updated version of Fritz 11 is identical to the upcoming Deep Fritz 11 (limited to 1 CPU ofcourse)? In other words; perhaps Fritz 11.1 and Deep Fritz 11 1 CPU will be almost identical and equally strong?
Did you Wael had the chance to run some tests for the updated version and compare these to the results for Fritz 11?
