New Features:

Seems to have a problem with en-passant, not recognizing white could take the pawn after your 12...e5. Later, when white tried to play 14.QxR, Jaksah thought it was illegal.

Any way to set hash?

Can you please send me a log file if there is one in JaksaH's folder?

Hash table size is not configurable at this point.

Ok, thank you for taking time to report this issue! I'll try to repro it and release v1.01 with fix.
