Alfil, Chiron, Hamsters..I should let you know that Petir doesnt play well under incremental time controls. It doesnt use much time, usually after a 60 minute game it has about 1 min and 40 second left on the clock. To level the playing field, I let it play the opponents in 2/0 were it doesnt have any problems with the time management and is the strongest out of the list of engines that you posted.

yes i know, but it had good scores in previous editions, even if it doesn't understand increment time controls, it's playing well.

It plays well because it is indeed a really strong engine. If it wasnt for the handicap, I would expect it to play in your division two. I said 60 minute game, I meant to say 60 move game. I would have to kick myself on the butt if Petir manages to pull another upset.
