Hi Patrick,

Thanks for testing ZCT! Though, I think there's some sort of problem with the games. When ZCT is black, it seems to only think for 1 move before starting to move instantly. Only the PV output is shown from the first move. I suspect it is some sort of UCI bug related to time control, if you are using ZCT as a UCI engine. Otherwise, maybe a bug in using wb2uci... Do you have any logfiles saved?

Also, ZCT probably shouldn't use TBs, as EGBB support has not been tested (though it might work for all I know).

Thanks again,
Zach

All i know is you cannot run the SP 32-bit version in Chessbase, because i cannot get it to use more than 4mb main hash- and as straight UCI it wont obey any hash changes from the ini file. And where exactly is the opening book it is using? It is using one from somewhere, and i cant find the file.
Yeah, that's a result of Jim's protocol=UCI fix. It won't take the commands because "hash trans x" and the sort aren't UCI commands. I'm not sure really why it needs this fix at all, but apparently it still does. I'll try to get it fixed soon...
ZCT changes hash size here according to what is entered in the ini file. This is running the latest JA 32-bit build under the Fritz 10 GUI as a uci engine.

Regards, Graham.
