epd/fen to pgn converter

Looking for a way to convert Dann's NNSSL.epd to a pgn, but NOT with a FEN start position, but rather the moves.

For some reason, scid dos not like the FEN in the pgn file.

[it loads fine, but many tools do not work. eg piece tracker]

And xboard permits pgn file as start positions for tournaments.

I thought I'd ask before trying to do it myself ...
