We need a program that can take kibitz information in real time from programs competing on a server and then produce web pages for spectator viewing.
The program would read kibitz data from one or both programs via (say) named pipe files. The input data would be formatted in XML and the template would have slots for just about everything that might be output by a chess program during analysis. Not every template slot might be filled by a given program, but there would be enough data for each program so that:
1) Viewers would be suitably entertained and informed.
2) Post event claims of tampering would be safely ignored by all.
The program needs to be free, lightweight, and multilingual in output.
Any takers? Perhap someone could start with preparing suggested input specifications.
