No chance, even if your engine was UCI...
The chess engine must support EGTB which is EndGame tablebases, it must have an openingbook, it must also have a learning feature. This will be on going project which means continuous testing and fixing, I want the engine to be pretty strong and not an amateur engine.

I want the engine to be pretty strong and not an amateur engine.
How does this clown think that he can get a professional to work for a few cents per hour?

It's like a guy walking into a whorehouse to check out the goods while having only a quarter in his pocket. Not going to see much action, that's for sure.
