which is the control of time to blitz and standard?
how many time ?

In blitz seems that the game is 5 minutes finish, but we must bear in mind that this time the operators have to make moves on the board, I believe we can lose about 10 seconds on it, many programs also played remotely over the Internet and lost maybe another 3 seconds per move.

For example, the operator of Rybka chose in 2 minutes for the whole game and another 3 minutes for 100 moves.
