This might end in draw unless someone makes a blunder. The position is still risky and prone to blunders, even though both sides are equal evaluation wise.
It is not equal according to Sam's eval. Black looks to me like he has OK winning chances, and not many losing chances (barring blunders). I would not want to face Kramnik when he has black here!
Ofcourse, you are right, but computers think Anand's b3 move is purpose less.
