Have any of users of Rybka 3 made any matches between Rybka 3 & 1 to prove such a bold statement (about 300+ rating points)?

Perhaps Vas prefer to get 49 bucks of 49 instead of 5 of 29.
He sell less, but he gets a bigger shunk.
Besides I doubt Ubisoft people are interested in getting the stronger engine. With The JKing it is enough for them. His problem is what else to add in frills and bells for Chessmaster 12 to sell.

I thought you knew something about computer Chess. I'm disappointed i was wrong.

Read these lists:
CEGT 40/40
[CCRL 40/40

CEGT and CCRL have 1 CPU Rybka 3 to be around 240 to 245 ELO points stronger than Rybka 1.0.
So it's stronger by about 300 ELO points.
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....

240-245 shouldnt be rounded up to 300..unless you are counting oodles.

I'm counting oodles because rating lists (the elo formula) have flaws in that they underrate strong engine when there are strength gaps and the stronger engine has to play much weaker opposition. If the gaps in strength from Rybka 2.3.2a and Rybka 3 were filled by many other engines Rybka 3 would be much closer to her real rating of Rybka1+300.

Ofcourse, he said once in CTF that he was going to vote for Obama. And what has this got to do with anything here?! Does Tony and Obama share similar tone and style the way they talk?

Yes, ofcourse, you're right, it could be rounded up to 250! which is still damn too much for higher rated engine...!
