I also had to add the same to the file hash.h.
And move kpk-b.bit and kpk-w.bit from data to arasan's directory.

I'll put these fixes into the source archive so it makes it fewer assumptions about headers.

Thanks for the new release, Jon. Btw, I notice that you have some interest in test suites, I have a new test suites on undermining, Dann Corbit helped me a great deal in filtering out the errors and adding in acceptable ones, it's still a work in progress but it's almost completed, so would you like me to send it to you? I think I'd finish all the strategic concepts before I decide to release them one by one.
