We all know that Bright is without doubt the tactical genius.

One minor disadvantage with Bright is that it shuffles moves way too much. If it can reduce the compuiter like shuffling moves that's without purpose, then I'd bet that it'd get past Naum in the standings.

If that shuffling costs 150+ ELO points, then yes sure.

In a game against Sjeng, I and Allard noticed atleast 4 moves that are meaningless. For example, in the middle of the game, Bright played Kh1, then Kh2, Ra1, Kh3... Deep Sjeng suggested better alternative in its analysis. (g4, instead of Kh1,Kh2). What do you get as a result from all that shuffling? 4 wasted moves. Sjeng became more optimistic.

In an open game, It wouldn't shuffle at all. Discounting the losses due to shuffling, then you'd easily see Bright at 3100 or better already.
