I have bought one of these some years ago; all 68000 (Dragonball)-compatible chess programs, that i installed, have been working good (Chess Tiger, Hiarcs 9.6, Chess Genius)

But there is a big problem with this watch: the battery lasts not longer than 1-2 days; then it has to be recharged (Li-Ion)

Thats the thing Robert......what on earth is wrong with solar powered handheld or wristheld devices? Is it that "they" want to sell us batteries? It is almost like technology is being withheld by market forces.

I just want to guess here....I hope you don't mind. Are we moving toward a wristheld personal computer that is solar powered? You know what I mean? Like those small Sharp computers but straped to your arm. Fully programmable etc.....

Obviously i can see plenty of computer chess/chess computer possibilities in that.

I think that these guys have the right idea in that they make accessable things that most would not like to carry around in their normal formats/packaging.

A scientific calculator is surely just the start. Gadget world is here to stay...no?

I managed to get a horse racing program out of this.....
