It is anticipated that participants in this tournament should have a second operator available in order to allow for at least some of the rounds in this tournament being played at the same time as rounds in the WCCC.
If the number of participants in the WCCC is not enough to play 11 rounds, then I expect it might become easier to arrange a compatible schedule.

Is this YAC by ICGA? (Yet Another Contradiction)???
Why allow someone to enter _both_ events. This is a step backward to the old days of two titles which _everyone_ agreed was bad. And it was discontinued by popular opinion. And now, on a whim, David reincarnates something? And not even something _good_???
Well, if there is leeway in making the schedule, I hope it is given priority to avoidng clashes between the schedule for WCCC and the Olympiad tournament for Chinese Chess, over avoiding collisions between WCCC and the Olympiad for FIDE Chess.
For other participants there is far little justification to participate in two events for the same variant, then there is for me to participate in two different variants...

Last year the chess wasn't even in the same location as the rest of the Olympiad. If it hadn't been for Remi Coulom helping out, I'd have either 2 medals or one world title less!

That's just your (unsubstantiated) opinion, some arguments in support of it would be nice.
