A Most Nice and exact Definition of Old Age

Post by fern »

Consider this:
You are playing mighty SuperConstellation machine at level 5, which means moves are played between 1-3 minures or 1-5 minutes, I do not remember well.
The machine does not play wel lthe after- the -opening- middle game, make one or two wrong moves and as a result I get a full piece, a knight.
After that, I get overwheelming superiority in the Queen side. All my pieces are there pushing an exchange after the other or threatening mate.
And then, around move 40, I lose stamina, I becomes afraid of losing my advantage and even the game as my power of concentration dwindle by the minute.
And so, before making the crushing move that -after the game- Ryba adviced as the best but that I did not play for the reason you will see at once....I let the machine repeats movements to get a draw!!!!!

There you have it, old age at his best: you lose the handling of anything after move 40.
Master until move 40, senile and tired after that regards

Briliant idea Steve....we can use the Viagra itself to see if it helps in playing chess....
Are you up to the idea to buy Fern a 100 tables and send it as a gift to see if it works :!: :?:
We'll share the cost regards,
Dr.D
