I don't find such Rybka versus Rybka games interesting

My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

I suspect if you use only Rybka you will lose - the Hiarcs team has some titled players in it.Matthias Gemuh wrote:Steve B wrote:The undefeated Hiarcs Correspondence Chess Team will be issuing a challenge to all CCC/CTF members to form a team and then play a game of Chess..

It seems you are ignoring the results of this poll:Harvey Williamson wrote:I suspect if you use only Rybka you will lose - the Hiarcs team has some titled players in it.Matthias Gemuh wrote:

The poll results suggest that even titled players cannot upset Rybka.

That poll is not what the game is about. A titled player who is allowed to use engines to help him analyse will do better than an engine alone. particularly at a time control of 2 days a move.Matthias Gemuh wrote:It seems you are ignoring the results of this poll:Harvey Williamson wrote:I suspect if you use only Rybka you will lose - the Hiarcs team has some titled players in it.Matthias Gemuh wrote:

so your saying that chess at the correspondence level (48 hours per move) has been solved and should always result in a dull lifeless draw?Spock wrote:I predict a long drawn out draw.Steve B wrote:The undefeated Hiarcs Correspondence Chess Team will be issuing a challenge to all CCC/CTF members to form a team and then play a game of Chess..
