Is there any mathematician with a title from a well known university , over here, that could help us to work this problem out? I mean if chess game can be an object of algorythm study, and if so, could he/she clear us further on this subject, complexity, etc?

it's obvious; otherwise, he/she will not even read this, or answer this...... ; i guess evrybody reading this forum , lets say, is a chess lover ...... To terminate this theme (by my part) , i only ask a graduated mathematician (if any) to tell us if chess is algorythm solvable or not; nothing more; nobody , not even me, is aking him/her to do a research or anything like that.
