I agree with: "I was thinking that all of Swami's "chess ability" would help him do the job....."
i take that to mean you accept the Job as Alternate Captain
excellent Henrik!
Thanks and Have A Nice Day Regards
Steve
Hehe. As Swami now have declined, maybe i have no other choice than agree with your interpretation of my writing...

Need-to-learn-how-to-write-clearly-regards
Done!

So A Captain and Alternate are in place
when the Challenge comes in it will come as a new thread
at this point i will leave it to you two to reply to the Challenge and handle the teams affairs from this point forward
obviously both you and Chris need to be registered members in Hiarcs in order to post a move
my work is done here..

now i can return to my normal day job of forum moderation

Exhausted Regards
Steve
Not so fast Batman, the CCC (Chris's Chess Club) and CTF (Chris's Troll Forum) need a helper for the game.

You have been hired by the only vote that matters.

Thanks for your acceptance.

Dictatorship rules OK regards

Christopher (The voter)
Such is well placed here in CCC but for reasons I am against the freedom in CTF to choose whatever pseudo one ever wants. Scottish honey yes but then it should be called so. A DNA test would be fine. -

As to the main topic I can only say so far: the CCC is Wch and if we were to play it would look like Ronaldo would train with the mothers of invention. And make no mistake, Harvey will operate Hiarcs.

Of course, makes perfect sense. And their team will also use Rybka, they would be silly not to, and other engines too. Both sides will (or should) use a variety of top engines to gain different perspectives

Maybe Ray would prefer to join the Hiarcs team as he is such a big fan?
