Ra5 c5 and black must capture with the bishop since it's hanging. Then after h5 black is in a lot of trouble.

Black could play Rb5 or Qb7 instead of capturing the c5 pawn. Not saying that they're better necessarily, but the pawn capture is not forced. But letting in h5 under such circumstances is pretty nasty.
