My vote : 31 ... Bc3

Rook f6 must be made able to stay there, if white still has a dark square bishop. Bc3 is a defensive alternative to the offensive Bc5.
How else can white's looming Be5 be answered ?

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

Bc5

Let me show you a line or two Matthias.

Bc5 h5 Raf8 Bg3 R8f7 hxg6 hxg6 Rf1 Qb4 Bh4

and.......

Bc5 h5 Raf8 Bg3 R8f7 hxg6 hxg6 b4

Both these lines are very nice for us and quite likely.

For sure it's Bc5 for me.

Well I think we're in a pretty difficult position now
I did what I said I wouldn't do and checked this with a couple of strong engines. Both recommend Qh5 and the queen exchange, but I'm not sure this is the right thing for us, Bc5 or Bc3 seem better. I'm sure other engines will differ, and will probably recommend either of these moves. In the end, I'll make my own decision

Funny, the first line after Rf1 looks so dead lost to me.

I vote for Bc3
