R8f7 hxg6 hxg6

If there is no objection we should get to the following position straight away.

Our move is pretty much forced and your next move forces us.

There is no point in waiting days to confirm the obvious.

the issue is i must enter each move into the R30 to see what it will play
i am not making moves for the R30 no matter how obvious they may seem to you or me
if the Forum wishes to vote on a conditional move of
33..R8f7 ..IF 34.hxg6 THEN 34.. hxg6
then thats OK but i would need to first have it think for awhile after your 33rd move and if it plays 34.hxg6 then i could have it immediately go on to analyzing your 34.. hxg6

would save some time for certain but i cannot just accept that move sequence on my own right here and now

Regards
Steve

Yes, I move the forum makes the conditional moves........

R8f7 hxg6 hxg6

This is dependant of course on the R30 wanting to play hxg6......but I think (hope at least) I speak for all of us that R8f7 will be our ultimate move.

The game will be very interesting over the weekend if we get to this realistic position asap.

Both America and Europe are up. If we leave it say 2 hours from now you can see if there is any objection.

Bh4 is a typical Chessmaster move btw so don't be sad regards

R30 does play 34.hxg6

The Forum then offered the conditional move...
34..hxg6

so we have this position and PGN:

R30 now pondering its 35th Move Regards

While we are waiting guys.......take a good long look OK?

This is where we are going........

34. hxg6 hxg6 35. Rf1 Qb4!? 36. Bh4?

:P

Image

Why would anyone need Rybka when I can play against the TASC R30 here?

It must be said that the TASC R30 is getting to depth 8 after quite some time. On a dual core CM 4000 is doing the same thing in about 10-20 seconds. Times have certainly changed.

;-)

I want you all too know that when I saw Bh4 come up, I knew it was wrong. I'm quite chuffed with myself. Qg5 is the right move IMO but for whatever reason the machine will play Bh4.

After Bh4 we are equal at least with Rf4!
