The cb-native Crafty supports multivariation analysis mode (multi-pv; press [+] or [-]), and - like almost all engines in Fritz - "analyse threat" if you press [x], in analysis mode. I understand that this is probably not what you were instersted in, nevertheless I found these to be useful enhancements.

Position learning is not much help in real games. And it is a real hindrance in debugging or running test suites since you have to keep deleting the stuff. You could edit the learn.c file and change this to something larger.
