About 10 hrs left on the voting, looks like Bb2 is the favoutite so far:

Bb2 - Matthias, Christopher
d2-d3 - Gerold

Steve will go with Bb2 or c4, which one depends if there is a tie

I'll take Bb2 as the forum move if that is OK

I'll report BigLion's move in about 12 hrs, which is likely to be a castle

I don't think I can make a meaningful contribution unless I know the castling rules for chess960.
Is there anywhere I can read that explains them in simple terms?
