One really cool feature - if you are doing infinite analysis, place your mouse over each analysis line, and it brings up a picture of the board and pieces for each lineSzG wrote: This will sound disappointing. If there are any useful new features, I haven't found them yet.

Also likes to advance the h-pawn to disrupt the opposing kingside ala Junior 7.Graham Banks wrote:Quite an active style from early indications. I'll post some Shredder 12 games from CCRL 40/40 testing later.

That Junior's style was amazing. h2-h4, h4-h5, opponent plays h7-h6, Junior finds an unbelievable combination. Game after game after game.

Re: Shredder 12 infos and release date
The playing style isn't like Junior 7 though. It's much more active positional as opposed to speculative. However, Shredder 12 is a real beast and will slot into number two spot on the rating lists, ahead of Naum.playjunior wrote:If this is true, then I'm going to buy it.Graham Banks wrote:Also likes to advance the h-pawn to disrupt the opposing kingside ala Junior 7.Graham Banks wrote:Quite an active style from early indications.
