I can't reach the website. Does someone know something about the site?

Google has cached a copy of this latest page for it
seems its from Setpember 26

It seems to be perfectly fine. Even the google cache is from October the 11th (yesterday). There must be gremlins on your pc if you cannot reach TWIC (short version).

As for TWIC yes of course and it's fine.

There were no technical problems with TWIC. It is probably a gremlin issue.
