24.Qb2 unless somebody can convince me of something better.

The queen clears the way for a possible rook move to the a-file and also protects the knight on d2 against any nasties.
I'm thinking that if BL plays Nf6, we retreat the bishop to f3. Then if BL captures on d5, we should consider recapturing with the knight, eg, 24.....Nf6; 25.Bf3, ed; 26.Nxd5, Nxd5; 27.ed. Our d2 knight could then look at going to e4.
If BL plays 24...ed; then we swap off the bishops and play Nxd5.

I don't want to play 24.Qc3 because we might want that square for a knight. On b2, the queen also helps prevent BL playing b5 at an inopportune moment for us.

Grahams analysis seems solid to me..to be honest we have alot of decent moves here as long as we stick to the new plan of attacking on the Queenside
Qb2 is a good move but in the spirit of offering decent alternatives where possible i like 24.Qc3 a tad better
The d2 night is still protected.. we can still occupy the a file with our rook(s) and the Q can now shift to the King Side more readily from c3 then from b2 should BL try any Monkey business in the center such as exchanging on e6

24.Qc3 for me Regards

24.Qc3

... seems more multi-purposed than Qb2
