....an author of a mediocre strength commercial chess engine is literly attacking me and putting words in my mouth....
Deep Sjeng is not mediocre in strength.

You say you don't believe Vas. Therefore to you Vas is not telling the truth. Therefore to you in this instance, Vas is a liar.

They were your words in your mouth. No one put them there Wael.

Now calm down.

So he is a liar.....right?

Christopher
By the same logic:

I don't believe in God. So there is no God.

Right?
OT But believe in what he does? Or believe he exists at all?

In a logo? Yes. In the engine or by the author? No.

Yes, you are right.

Still, how can we know which of the two Kaissas was referred to by the Impolite team?
You can't, but there is a lot of mileage in the theory Gabor. The politics, the disaffected attitude, the language. Of course it could be wrong, but if ever there was a character profile of someone that matches Yelin, it is the Ippo guy.

Also there is the UCI parser, the lack of time controls, losing on time. With an open mind you have to say there is more than a little coincidence.

Christopher
Makes sense to me somehow Christopher but I agree with the statement of Uri Blass that the person in question lacks the abilities of doing something like this....by abilities I mean technical abilities....
Dr.D
Yes....the person can supposedly make a 3000 elo engine but not implement simple time controls.

Come on Wael. Get real.

I am cool bro

No,Vas is not providing the proof....empty words, that's what I mean....
BTW,don't underestimate the language barrier,my english is far away form perfect....
And yes,I stick to my guns,a phrase which I learned from here btw  ,I want a clear statement....there ein't be one :?: Is that true :?: Well,I have the full right then as an intelectual creature to make my own conclusions....

No,you missed the point of Uri and mine....

The person in question lacks the technical abilities to decompile the Rybka .exe, reverse engineering it,or whatever you call it....not that he can make a 3000+ and can't implent a simple time management code....

I think he can do that. It's the simple stuff he can't do that is the giveaway. That is maybe why it was put on the website bust, so that others could fix it.

We see no update of Ippolit from him since May. Nothing. I checked. The code of 0.080a is exactly the same since May. The first (and only) release is the current release.

Its easy to check in WinMerge.

I don't. I can use a disassembler, and I've seen enough. And no, I'm not going to bother to post further explanations.

You must know him very well to do such statements.

And how do you know he decompiled Rybka? The Rybka parts in it could come from Strelka.

The frame of Ippolit is Kaissa by Vladimir Yelin, I have no doubt about that. Kaissa is not open source. Do you think a genuine brain decompiled Kaissa to take it's UCI parser?

I don't know him very well as you say here....but when a programmer steals from Crafty's code to put it in a future commercial engine,Patriot for the record, and can't hide the traces getting caught almost immediatetly leads to the conclusion that his programming capacity is not that superior to make him produce such a strong "clone"....

I didn't even touch the case of Kaissa here, you are confusing me with someone else....
