Monroi, this expensive gadget.
I am resisting real strong urges to buy this unreasonably priced gadget. I am convincing myself that only a new version of Rybka would be able to make a hole in my pockets. But anyway, is there any other option aside from Monroi that is not insanely priced. It is even more expensive than an IPOD. I know that pen and paper recording is best. It is like a real woman is always better than a digitally processed image in the computer no matter how ugly. But it is for my children when they play in their tournaments. I had given up hope trying to analyse their games through their poorly written notes.

And some members here point fingers at the ChessBase products being so expensive and full of bugs....
I am astonished regards,

I am intrigued: what is the difference between the deep and non-deep version. Is it more than the deep version havingyanquis1972 wrote:just fyi, new rybka is coming and its 125 USD for the deep version so u might want to save some room.
#define NCPU = <more than 1>

The deep version uses more than 1CPU....get your 125$ ready and don't forget to pray for Rybka before you sleep....frankp wrote:I am intrigued: what is the difference between the deep and non-deep version. well wael, that is for aquarium 4 GUI + rybka 4 & its the same price as deep shredder...hard to say thats robbery, if it was cheaper would u accuse vas of underselling his opponents for profit??
also, at least the aquarium guys have an active community & respond to user feedback

I've purchased Aquarium and my impression is that I am using a GUI back from the 80's....yanquis1972 wrote:well wael, that is for aquarium 4 GUI + rybka 4 & its the same price as deep shredder...hard to say thats robbery, if it was cheaper would u accuse vas of underselling his opponents for profit??

Besides,Why should I pay for the Aquarium GUI again
Do you think that Aquarium 4 will be something sensational,I strongly doubt that....
