Although Ne4 looks more active, after N3xe4,de; Bc4 White retains the better chances.
I vote for 25....Ne6. After Nex6, Bxe6; I think we're holding okay.

Your move appears to be the strongest. However i think
White will be confused with another move.

Nd7.

Do you think we're in danger of losing the d-pawn if we play Ne6 as Matthias suggests?
What is the plan behind Nd7?

Cheers,
Graham.

The d pawn is ok for now.
Matthias move would give White the choice of trading with
Ng3 which would not be to good. Ng5 is a problem for Black.
Your move would trade out Ng5 maybe leaving Black in
fair shape.
Nd7 would avoid the trading of Knights and leaving Black
still very strong in the Middle 4 squares.

Best,

Gerold.

P.S. White's Bf3 can't be avoided as far as i can see.
That will be White's strongest move. Hope White misses
that move :) .
