1. No new Rybka version or update!
2. 1-2 free engines with source code at R3 level!! Who has predicted this?

Maybe (1) is a consequence of (2). I am pretty sure no new Rybka version will be released that is NOT the strongest chess engine in the world.

I would advice Rybka to quickly get used to being 3rd or 4th.
RobboLito MP and Igorrit may soon top the league for long.

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

I thought these 2 are the same?!?!
BTW the site of Ippolit said that December 26th they will have Igorrit available. What happened? Do they have problems maybe and can't manage it to work properly? :D Perhaps they don't get any significant ELO improvement? Hard days for cloners. :D

After all these, i can't trust them to produce an MP versions stronger than Rybka 3, not to speak about Rybka 4. I trust Vasik much much more even though last month he starts to disappoint me also with all these rent Rybka's and delays but at least he is not playing theater like the cloners.

**Since CCC started to allow links of the engine also, should i assume that by referring to the Robbolito's programmers as cloners, is bad and derogates their personalities?
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....

I personaly think that in a couple of months,Rybka will get used to be even 5th or 6th in the rating lists....Before 4 months I predicted that Rybka's dominancy is almost over, now it's realy over and thanks God for that....the computer chess is entering a new dawn :D

No,they are preparing the next assault with submachine guns against Vasik to overtake his MP algorithm and hense the delay of Igorit's release date....

Then ask him to provide you with Rybka 3+ for a start, capiche :!: :?:

Graham!

Again a nasty unnecessary reply from you.
You should know better.

Hi Bernard,

I prefer to celebrate the achievements of the authors we know. I think it's great that there is now competition at the top. Congratulations to Stefan, Alex and the Stockfish team for their excellent work (and of course to all authors of legitimate engines, no matter how strong).

Cheers,
Graham.

PS - hope you're enjoying a nice break.

Hey, maybe they just prefer to be anonymous. Their politics are a little... weird... + they figured Vas + worshipers might annoy them, so maybe they just want to stay anonymous. :? Yeah, it's a weird theory, but who knows?
