16.bxc4 is obvious, so I vote for it although 16.Nxh6+?! gxh6 17.Qxh6 looks tempting. But I think it loses after 17...d5! 18.Nf5 Bxf5 19.gxf5 Qd6 since Black will give back a minor piece on h2 while exchanging queens and finally win through the strong center.

I cannot decide betwenn h3 and Ng2. Both look interesting to me. No need to sacrifice a pawn with f4.

Since h3 has already been chosen, I will go for Ng2 so that it might get looked at as well.
