I don't think it is publicly available yet. AFAIK, Edsel and Sam still have to work out the kinks before releasing a public version

This is correct. We have distributed a few private versions to testers, but it is not ready for release yet. Hopefully it will not take that long but one never knows.

Of course, if it happens to win CCT12 we will release it immediately, kinks and all :).
