Arasan 12.0 released

Arasan declares to the GUI at startup that it supports the following UCI options:

Hash
Ponder
NalimovPath
NalimovCache
MultiPV
OwnBook
Threads

I'm not responsible for what the GUI shows to the user. After some research I think the Nalimov options do not work properly, because not only does the cache/path need to be set internally, but also a flag that tablebases are in use. So I have a fix for that.

Probably that is one problem in uci mode.

I use Arasan 12 in wb mode on Arena. No problem so far.

I have tried an KBN v K eg position.
Arasan 12.0 (UCI mode) does not show M25.
Should try same position on other GUIs.

Here it works with Arena 2.01 (Windows 7) and Arasan 12 (64bit) in UCI Mode:
Shows a mate at once.
