The official page has better covering now.
I find results of round 5 in
http://ticc.uvt.nl/icga/cg2010results/WCCC.html
It is surprising for me because
I remember that there was only report of results of rounds 1-3 even many hours after finishing round 4.

Zach, we are waiting for Rondo. Can you tell us when?
Rondo, Shredder and Rybka first with 4 points. Junior
following and thinker too. Good for computer chess.

yeap and it looks like there gonna be a new killer version of Shredder around the corner....Long are gone the times of Rybka's domenancy....ooooooh yeahPauloSoare wrote:Zach, we are waiting for Rondo. Can you tell us when?

Dr.D
P.S.Shredder's author delivers a solid 100-120 Elo improvement with every new release while Rybka's author comes with 20-30 Elo every 3 years or so....you can do your math when Rybka is gonna be surpassed....
As for the so called cloudy Rybka,I don't give a rat's a$$ frankly speaking....

Re: WCCC games
results are still missing.
Rybka win rounds 6 and 7 so I am sure result of round 6 should be available but I do not know nothing about the result of round 6 except the fact that Rybka won
I could also download pgn in the following site but it was only pgn of the first 5 rounds(and I do not believe it is changed when I see no report of the results of round 6).

So far the results have not been updated. It seems to me that they are not giving due importance to the most important computer chess tournament of the year.

Re: WCCC games
Dr. Waell, few years ago I found important to have a much better engine than the others, Rybka.
My thinking was based on the competitiveness between humans. Maybe now we are starting another
step, the real competition between engines. At least that's what I expect.
I remember that Sheredder, for example, launched new versions slightly better than the old.
Does Stefan will now start the reaction? At least that's what I expect.
I also hope that other traditional programs do the same.
And new programs, headed by Stockfish?
And I still hope that the Ipo** family is not a Rybka clone.
All this would be very good for computer chess.
